Consent of the subject of personal data (Visitor and User) to the processing of personal data

We guarantee that we will process the personal data you provide (hereinafter also referred to as the User or Visitor) strictly in compliance with all requirements of the Russian Federation's legislation on personal data, as well as in accordance with the Policy of INNOTEC LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) regarding the organization of processing and ensuring the security of personal data, along with other provisions / policies of the Operator.

You give your consent to the Operator (located at: 115280, Russia, Moscow, Leninskaya Sloboda Street, Building 26, Business Center OMEGA-2, Office 261) for the processing of your personal data and confirm this by one of the following methods:

(1) continuing to visit the Operator's websites on the Internet, including the domain www.innotec.ru and its subdomains (hereinafter referred to as the Operator's Site), and using their functionality;

(2) checking the box that says, "I consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with the Consent of the Data Subject (Visitor and User) to the Processing of Personal Data, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Usage Policy," when filling out the relevant web forms on the Operator's Site.

By providing your consent, you authorize the Operator to process the personal data you specify in the relevant web forms on the Operator's Site, as well as the information obtained during your visit to the Operator's Site and the use of its functionality.

We process personal data in the composition and combination necessary to achieve one, several, or all of the following purposes:

(1) reviewing and recording your inquiries (requests, proposals, comments, complaints, gratitude) addressed to the Operator or its affiliates, as well as fulfilling your instructions and providing information support;

(2) building a subscriber base for newsletters from the Operator and its affiliates, creating a subscriber base for various events organized by the Operator and/or its affiliates, obtaining data from surveys conducted by the Operator and/or its affiliates;

(3) offering you services from the Operator and its affiliates, as well as conducting business negotiations with you;

(4) participating in events and meetings organized by the Operator and its affiliates;

(5) sending you targeted advertising;

(6) participating in training sessions, webinars organized by the Operator and its affiliates.

We will process the personal data you provided both using automation tools and manually, including obtaining (collecting) them through open Internet communication channels, including obtaining (collecting) from third parties, recording, systematizing, accumulating, storing, clarifying (updating, changing), extracting, using, transferring (providing, accessing), depersonalizing, blocking, deleting, and purging data. The Operator may transfer and provide the personal data you provided, as well as access to it, exclusively to its employees and affiliates, as well as third parties who have undertaken to ensure the confidentiality of the personal data received from the Operator, including conducting cross-border transfer of your personal data to countries providing adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

The Operator may process, including but not limited to, the following information obtained (collected) during your visit to the Operator's website and the use of its functionality:

(1) IP addresses of Internet service providers that provide the User with access to the Operator's websites;

(2) information about the fact, date, and time of visits to network addresses and websites on the Internet;

(3) information about the fact and quantity of files downloaded by the User from the website on the Internet, as well as the name and type of downloaded files;

(4) duration of the user session;

(5) cookies;

(6) information about the User’s web browser and device;

(7) the User's search queries;

(8) geographic address of the User’s connection point to the Internet;

(9) last name, first name, patronymic;

(10) email address;

(11) contact telephone number;

(12) employer’s name;

(13) job title;

(14) location / registration / stay address;

(15) other information provided by you when visiting the Operator’s Website and using its functionality.

The above-mentioned information can be obtained by the Operator through various methods, including the use of cookies and web beacons, but not limited to them. To organize the collection of information, both the technical capabilities of the Operator's Website and the functionality of third-party internet services are used, including services such as Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica, but not limited to them. Third-party internet services do not and cannot correlate the information they obtain with the personal data provided by you in the relevant web forms on the Operator's Website, which allows for your identification. Third-party internet services provide storage and further processing of the obtained information on their own computing resources. The Operator is not responsible for the geographical location of such computing resources.

This Consent is valid from the moment it is provided until it is revoked. 

You have the right to revoke this Consent in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006, by submitting a written request to the Operator's address or email address (7376377@innotec.ru), or by filling out the "Contact Us" web form on the Operator's website. In case of your revocation of this Consent, the Operator may continue processing your personal data without your consent based on the grounds specified in clauses 2-11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10, and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006.
