For submitting an application

You need to

Provide a brief description of the product in a free format, indicating its purpose, functional capabilities, area of use, and principle of operation
For the industrial design, submit a set of images: a general view from a 3/4 angle from the front, as well as other images (for example, front, back, side, top, bottom) that provide a comprehensive representation of the product appearance. Images may be presented as photographs or computer-generated graphics on a neutral background without extraneous objects. The number of submitted images should not exceed the number of seven. Also, provide brief explanations of what is depicted in them
Describe the process of manufacturing the product
Provide power of attorney
