About the service

Listing in the Registry of Domestic Software Programs for Computers and Databases
The registration of an IT program with the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications, and Mass Media offers several advantages, such as preferential treatment in government procurement, access to government grants, exemption from VAT, and favorable financing terms. However, to be included in the registry, the author and their development must meet specific requirements.

The primary document governing the registry is Government Resolution No. 1236, which outlines the procedure for the formation and inclusion of approved IT products. Developers from both Russia and Eurasian Economic Union countries - Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan - are eligible to have their programs listed in the registry. Consequently, government corporations and entities can utilize software for electronic computing machines from these allied states, as per Government Resolution No. 1594.
