Officially known as the "Unified Registry of Russian Software for Electronic Computing Machines and Databases," this registry is openly accessible to all Internet users. It is hosted on the website of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications, and Mass Media.

About the service

Listing in the Registry of Domestic Software Programs for Computers and Databases

The primary document governing the registry is Government Resolution No. 1236, which outlines the procedure for the formation and inclusion of approved IT products. Developers from both Russia and Eurasian Economic Union countries - Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan - are eligible to have their programs listed in the registry. Consequently, government corporations and entities can utilize software for electronic computing machines from these allied states, as per Government Resolution No. 1594.
